10g wolfberry
1 apple
1 pear
1 kiwi

A little rock sugar

- Soak red dates and wolfberry in advance, the soaking time depends on the bubble condition.

- In the pot, pour the cold water and put in the pears first, then boil over high heat.
- After the water is boiled, adjust the gas to a small fire, put in the apple and stew for three minutes.
- Put in kiwi, strawberries, soaked wolfberries with water
- Add few rock sugar and stir.
- Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch in water, pour it into the pan and stir evenly.

Notes
- After the water is boiled, just simmer on low heat and then put down the food and seasonings.
