Use scissors to open the back of the shrimp and remove the intestinal mud.
Marinated shrimp with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce, and half lemon juice
Slice garlic and peppe
Half a lemon juice mixed with 1/2 tsp of sugar

In the pan, add oil pan, then put the shrimp into the hot pot.

Slightly stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

When the color of the shrimp is almost red and almost ripe, add the sliced garlic and pepper quickly and stir fry.

Pour in the lemon juice and mix the sugar. Stir fry for about ten seconds then turn off the heat. Then sprinkle with chopped scallion and ready to serve.

While eating, you can squeeze the fresh lemon juice, the taste of this LLemon Shrimp will be more sour and more energetic!

TIPS

Because the prawns are marinated with fish sauce, it is not necessary to add salt while cooking.

Because the lemon juice is heated, the acidity will decrease; if you like the sour taste, you can turn off the fire before pouring it to the pan. On the other hand, if you are afraid of sourness, you can cook for 5-10 seconds, the acidity will be milder!

If you like heavy sour taste, you can add fresh lemon juice to taste when you eat.
