Chinese Low-Fat KFC Biscuits
KFC Biscuits is my favorite and KFC’s best seller. Our whole family also likes it.
This recipe comes from my mother. She likes baking very much, so she developed this very simple, easy and super delicious Chinese low-fat KFC Biscuits.
Chinese low-fat KFC Biscuits is added with cranberry. Cranberry is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C and flavonoids. It is also rich in pectin, which can beautify the skin, improve constipation, help toxins and excess fat ‘S discharge.

Serve ONE-piece Chinese Low-Fat KFC Biscuits with a cup of green tea, and a green salad or vegetable side dish for a delicious, complete a diet meal!
Ingredients
Gluten flour 325g
One packet of baking powder (10g)
Cream 80g
3 tablespoons brown sugar
A little salt
One egg
Fresh milk 80g
Cranberry 150g (soak cranberry in rum in advance)
Walnut / Other Nuts (optional)
Directions
- First, mix evenly in a large bowl of gluten flour 325g baking powder 1 bag, cream 80g, brown sugar 3 tablespoons, and a little salt.
- Mix one egg and Fresh milk 80g evenly in another bowl.
- dig out a concave in the middle of the large flour bowl and pour it in the evenly mixed egg and milk mixture.
- Add cranberries in the large bowl.
- Use a spoon to stir all the ingredients in the large bowl.
