Ingredients

  • Clam 150g

  • Moderate amount of vermicelli for 1-serving

  • salt

  • Seasoning sauce, here I use “The Godmother”

Directions

  • After washing the clams, put them in the water to soak them, put in 1 tbsp of salt. set aside for 5 minutes.
  • After the water boiled in the pot, put the drained clams, about three minutes later, put the vermicelli in. (with high heat)
  • After the vermicelli boiled in the pot, pour 100cc of water and wait for the water to boil again.
  • After the water in the pot boils a second time, you can fish out clams and vermicelli.
  • Finally, put 2 teaspoons of the most important sauce, this delicious “The Godmother”

Notes

  • You can add any seasoning you like. As a Chinese, I love “The Godmother” so much, and I bet you will LOVE it 🙂
