Chinese Braised Tofu
Ingredients
for 2 servings
- 1 Tofu-Hard bean curd
- a little green onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 150 ml water
Instructions
1. here, I chose the hard bean curd. After cutting the tofu into slices, fried them to a golden surface. (This part should be a little patient, repeatedly boil, fry the sides of the tofu to a golden color.)
2. Then add a glass of water(150ml), mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
3. Finally, add the rice wine and let the sauce be dried and this delicious tofu is finished.
Recipe Notes
When frying the tofu, add slightly more oil, and slowly fry until it is over medium heat.
When using the spatula to turn the tofu, try to use “push” to avoid breaking the tofu.
Add a little sugar and stir fry to make the finished product look more oily and the sauce color is more obvious.
Tofu can be replaced with water tofu and plate tofu.
