Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Clams

  • the seasoning
  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic (chopped)

Directions

  • Shred the cabbage and keep the width at 0.5 cm. The cabbage needs to be cut finer and taste better.
  • Clams soaked in water for ten minutes and put a teaspoon of salt to allow sand to settle out from clams.
  • Put the shredded cabbage evenly in the dish, then pour the seasonings evenly (soy sauce mixed with garlic), put the dish in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes at high temperature
  • After ten minutes, place the cleaned clams into the dish and steam for another 5 minutes
  • After waiting for the clams to open the shell, this dish is ready to serve.

Notes
