Ingredients

  • Yunlin black leaf garlic 15 balls (I got it in Taiwan, you can use normal garlic instead)

  • A piece of clean cotton

Directions

  • Slightly peel the garlic skin and peel it. Put the clean cotton on the bottom layer, stack the garlic crosswise, put it in the electric cooker and press the heat preservation.
  • Open the electric cooker once every 2 days and remember to wipe it off if there is moisture in the lid, and then press the heat preservation. The whole process lasts 14 days. (Because there will be a strong garlic flavor in the production, it is recommended to make it on a ventilated balcony)
  • After 14 days, When it is finished, partially peel into glass jar (keep refrigerated)

Notes

  • It can be eaten directly as snacks. It ’s good to eat 2 capsules a day. The other half retains the skin (keep refrigerated). You can peel the Chinese Black Garlic and add it when cooking chicken soup.
  • Afraid that the taste is too heavy, you can use a vacuum-packed amount of stew to store (refrigerated), but do not over-compress, because the garlic is soft at this time
