Ingredients

  • Black fungus, according to the number of people. NOTE: it will swell a lot after soaking in water.

  • Olive oil (my favorite)

  • Soy sauce

  • Chili, Spring onion, Garlic (optional)

Directions

  • After cleaning the fungus, pour it in warm water for about an hour (cold water is also acceptable, warm water can shorten the soaking time),
    (Time-saving method, you can put the fungus in the electric pot and steam for 20 minutes)
  • Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, pour the soaked fungus into the boiled water and cook in boiling water for just 3 minutes.
  • Remove all black fungus and drain it in cold water.(This action will make the fungus taste better and chewy)
  • Drain the fungus into the bowl.
  • Make seasonings
