Ingredients

  • chicken 400g

  • red dates 30g

  • Wolfberry 30g

  • Salt 2-teaspoon

  • Water 400cc

Directions

  • Washed chicken (I use the chicken that already cooked well. If it is fresh chicken, you need to boil the chicken in cold water and immediately pick it up for later use.)
  • Rinse the red dates and wolfberry, I will use a small knife to cut a knife on the red dates (it is easier to taste when cooking), and soak the washed wolfberry in tap water.
  • Add chicken, lima beans, red dates, 700cc water to a pot.
  • Put the pot into the electric cooking pot, and pour a bowl of water into the electric cooking pot

Notes
