Teriyaki Chicken
This is a common Japanese dish made up of soy sauce and grilled chicken. I use a pan to make this quick and simple recipe. This is also a Chinese food that I like, and my family often prepares this for dinner.
This dish is not too fancy, but it tastes delicious. The Teriyaki Chicken is very tasty with the rice.

Directions
- Use scissors to remove the chicken bones.
- Mix a small amount of cooking wine, white pepper, ginger powder and marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
- Making teriyaki sauce, soy sauce: cooking wine: honey is adjusted in a 2:1:1 ratio. Put in a microwave for 30 seconds.
- Do not put oil in the pot, turn to small heat, add chicken, the skin is slowed down and fried to golden. Then turn over and simmer on the other side to golden. During the frying process, the chicken should be pressed with a shovel to squeeze out the water
