The Best Stir-fried Water Spinach With Beef Recipe Ever!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Beef
  • 250 g Water Spinach
  • Chili
  • 5 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shacha sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • White Pepper a pinch
  • 1.5 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken powder Optional
  • A little bit of salt

Instructions

  1. The beef is marinated with salt, white pepper, soy sauce, shacha sauce, and corn flour.
  2. Put the oil in a pot and fry the beef over high heat until it is 9 minutes cooked.
  3. Add oil in the same pot, add garlic slices, chili flakes, and shacha sauce to fry until fragrant. Add water spinach to high heat and fry until fragrant. Add water and continue to cook water spinach.
  4. Simmer slightly, open the lid, add salt, white pepper, sugar, rice wine, and finally add beef slices and stir fry to complete.
