500g beef
2 tomatoes
1 barley teabag
Salt 2tsp
Spring onions (optional)
Directions
- Cut beef and tomato.
- Bring the water to a boil in the pot, put the tomato pieces, the beef pieces, and boil it again.
- Put in a wheat tea bag and simmer for 15 minutes. (after 15 minutes, remove the teabag)
- Add 2tsp salt, this Chinese Herb Beef Stewed is finished.
- Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with green onions. (optional)
Notes
- After the water boils, it only takes 15 minutes to brew the barley tea bag. If the stew is too long, the tea will be too thick. Stew the barley tea bag for ONLY 15 minutes is good enough.
