1 Cabbage
few Bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup of flour or less
soy sauce for dipping (optional)
Directions
- Cut cabbage into filaments, the thinner the better.
- Put oil in the pan, put the sliced bacon into it, panfry until golden brown.
- In a bowl, add shredded cabbage, beat two eggs, stir evenly, sprinkle flour evenly (Sprinkle flour evenly. I only use a little flour here because I want to eat pancakes that are mostly vegetables)
- Mix cooked bacon in a bowl, keep stirring until the mixture mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, brush the inside of the pan with a little bit oil, gently pour the mixture onto the pan to create a thin round shape,
- pan fry for about 5 minutes each side with the lid on. ( You can use the plate to help turn over so that you can maintain the round shape of the pancake)
- Dip with the sauce you like and enjoy!
