Pork Belly Stir-Fry
This Pork Belly Stir-fry is based on one of my favorite Chinese restaurant dishes
This dish must be enjoyed with bowls of white rice, and I recommend also serving it alongside a nice healthy stir-fried vegetable dish, like a simple SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH TOMATOES (番茄炒蛋) or CASHEW SHRIMP to balance out the meal.
Ingredients
600g pork belly
50g soy sauce
30g rice wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
garlic
scallion

Preparation
Cut pork belly into thin slices and chop the scallion.
Add oil in the pot, add the sliced pork belly and stir fry. It takes 3-5 minutes. After the pork is cooked quickly, put the garlic in and stir fry until the color of the meat turns white.
Add 30g rice wine, 50g soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, stir well.
Finally put the chopped scallion.
Tips
When cooking Chinese cuisine, the fire is the key. Use the medium to high fire to stir up the rich aroma of the whole dish.
The proportion of soy sauce can be adjusted according to individual taste or it can be replaced with thick soy sauce.
This dish can also be added with peanuts to stir fry, the overall taste will be even better.
