Egg and Tofu pot
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of tofu for 2 people
- 3 eggs
- chili
- chopped green onion
seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp rice wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce paste
Instructions

Cut the tofu into pieces, add oil to the pot, turn to medium heat, fry the tofu piece by piece, turn it over and fry until golden.

Break up the egg and stir evenly, pour it into the pot, flatten and shake well, cut into pieces slightly (do not cut tofu), and set aside when the eggs are cooked.

Add oil in the pot, add chili and garlic slices to stir-fry till fragrant, add a little water, then pour in soy sauce, soy sauce paste, sugar, and boil the sauce.

Put the fried tofu and eggs into the pot, drizzle with sesame oil and stir fry, sprinkle a lot of chopped green onion, and ready to serve.
