Deep-Fried Tofu
Ingredients
- Egg Tofu here I use the most common boxed egg tofu in the supermarket
- Sweet potato flour
Seasoning
- chopped green onion
- chili
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cut the tofu into cubes and evenly coat with sweet potato flour.

Heat oil in a pan, put the tofu cubes covered with sweet potato powder, and fry one by one (using medium heat), do not turn it, wait until the outer layer is set, then turn the tofu over and fry it until the surface is golden and then turn the fire into medium-high heat deep-frying again for 30-40 seconds can make the skin more crispy, and take it out and drain the oil. .
