Recently I LOVE okra so much and like to make simple and easy nutritious dishes. After making more times, I found that okra and garlic are just simply PERFECT.

Chinese Garlic Okra Salad
Ingredients
300g okra
1 garlic
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Pour the flour into the water and stir it evenly, pour the okra to wash off the fluff on the surface. Mince the garlic
- add a little salt and a few drops of oil to the boiling water, then add okra and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the okra and let it cool in cold water, then cut it in the middle and place it on a plate.
- Take a small bowl, pour in all seasonings, like soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, a little water and stir to make the sauce.
- Add oil to the pan, pour the minced garlic, and stir-fry until golden. pour the sauce and bring to a boil, then quickly pour the minced garlic sauce over the okra while it’s hot.
Cooking Notes
- A good way to wash okra. The okra has fluff on its surface and is not easy to wash off, so you can clean it with flour water.
