A whole chicken
Firm tofu
2 tablespoons of potato starch
A piece of fermented tofu
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Pepper
Green onion / ginger / garlic / green pepper / red pepper
A bottle of beer
Directions
- Take a whole chicken, remove the chicken head, clean the chicken, cut into small pieces, and put them in a bowl;
- Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch to the bowl, grab it by hand for about two minutes, and then thoroughly clean the chicken to remove water for use later;
- Prepare a piece of fermented tofu, pour some fermented tofu juice, crush it with a fork, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of pepper, stir well.
- Take a piece of firm tofu, cut into small cubes;
- One green/red onion, cut into small pieces; ginger slices; prepare a few garlic; put in a bowl and set aside;
- In a bowl, beat in two eggs, stir the eggs, pour into the chicken, add 2 tablespoons of potato starch and mix well;
- Pour more oil in the pot, wait for the oil to heat up, add tofu to deep fry, and fry until the surface becomes slightly yellow, which takes about 5 minutes;
