This miso pork dish is a common standing dish in Japanese household refrigerators. It can be done by frying miso with ground meat, adding sugar, wine, and bean paste to taste, whether it is bibimbap or a combination.

Vegetables such as okra, eggplant, etc. are quickly fried together, and they are very yummy and delicious!

What is miso sauce made of?

At its most basic, miso is a fermented paste that’s made by inoculating a mixture of soybeans with a mold called koji (for you science folks, that’s the common name for Aspergillus oryzae) that’s been cultivated from rice, barley, or soybeans.
