The Best Pancit Canton recipe ever!

Ingredients

  • 375g. Chow Mein Noodles ( or you can use fresh noodles or Pancit Canton noodle)

  • Mix vegetables ( Broccoli, Carrots, Green Beans, or Baguio Beans)

  • Beef Sliced

  • 2 pcs. Big Onions Minced

  • 5 Cloves Garlic Minced

  • 1 Bell Pepper (Sliced or Cubes)

  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • salt, pepper, 1 tsp Mixed Spice, 1 tsp 7 Spices

Directions

  • Place 2 cups of ice and 3 cups of water in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • Boil 6 cups of water in a cooking pot.
  • Once the water starts to boil, blanch the broccoli, carrots, and green beans for 35 to 50 seconds. Quickly remove the vegetables and immerse them in a bowl with ice-cold water. Drain the water after 2 minutes and set aside.
  • Heat a large wok or cooking pot and pour-in the cooking oil.
  • Saute the onion and garlic.
  • Add the beef slice and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add-in oyster sauce and sweet chili sauce to stir.
  • Pour-in chicken broth and water. Add salt, pepper, 1 tsp mixed spice, and 1 tsp 7 spices. Let boil. continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add more water if needed.
  • Put-in the flour noodles. gently saute until the noodles absorb the liquid.
  • Add-in the blanched vegetables and sliced bell pepper. Toss and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • transfer to a serving plate. Share and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can change the meat at will, replace it with pork, chicken, seafood, or add more vegetables for healthier
