Clams (frozen Clams) a few
Cabbage a few (according to personal consumption)
Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 tsp
100 grams of water
green onion (optional)
Directions
- Rinse and clean the clamshells. (Here I use frozen clams)
- Tear the cabbage leaves into chunks and thinly slice the stem.(I cut the width to one centimeter)
- Add the cut cabbage to a pot, place clams on top and pour 100g water then cover. Steam at medium-high for 12 minutes.
- Once the mouths of the clams open, remove the cover and flip them over. (Here I use frozen clams, so I jump this step)
- Add 1 tsp soy sauce, simmer for a few moments then serve. Sprinkle with green onion(optional)
