100g broccoli
50g bacon
Garlic
Salt

1.In boiled water, add 1 teaspoon salt and broccoli. Boil broccoli for only 1 minute.

2.Cut beef and bacon into slices. Chop the garlic.

3.In the pot, add 1tablespoon oil and stir-fry beef until the color turns white. ( medium-well in great not well done), then set it aside.

Tips

Add salt in water to prevent discoloration of broccoli and brighter colors.

You can put more oil when stir-fry beef, because it can also be used for panfry garlic and bacon later.

When the aroma of garlic & bacon released, then add broccoli and beef.

Because the bacon itself has a salty taste, the salt only needs to be added in an appropriate amount. (less 1 teaspoon is OK)
