Thai Basil Pork with Fermented Soybeans

“Kra Pow Pork” is a national dish of Thailand. It is the most common and cheap fried pork. It is named after its ingredients: holy basil leaves is a spice that looks like basil. Hey, the restaurant in Taiwan is transliterated from the Thai “KAPRAO”. It is not easy to buy in Taiwan. It is usually replaced by basil, but the taste is still different. If you like the aroma of the leaf, you can use the sauce instead.
Today I want to share the ultra-simple recipes of this different taste with fermented soybeans. The cooking steps are super simple, I hope you will like it.

Ingredients

300 grams of ground pork
a little garlic
a little green onion
a little fermented soybeans
a little soy sauce

Cooking Follow Me

1.Put the oil in the pot, add fermented soybeans, and add the garlic.

2. Add the ground pork and stir-fry, wait for the meat to be cooked, add a little soy sauce

3. last step, add the chopped green onion and mix well. This delicious is finished immediately.

Tips

*This dish does not need to add salt, because there is already has salt black bean and a little soy sauce.

*It’s perfect for bibimbap, and it can be paired with a refreshing, beautiful green salad. It tastes better in your mouth.
