Super Crispy Chicken Breast

After failing more than ten times, I finally developed a simple recipe of Super Crispy Chicken Breast.

Fried chicken chops are the top ten in Taiwanese night market. As a Taiwanese, how can I not try this?

Ingredients

2-serving
2 chicken breasts
Moderate amount of flour
Moderate amount of salt

Cooking follow me

1.After washing the chicken breast, use kitchen paper to remove excess water, then evenly apply the salt, and finally smeared the flour.

2. Heat the pan, add oil, wait for the oil temperature to rise, turn to medium heat, add chicken, wait 3 minutes, then turn over after inspection

3. Continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the skin is crispy.

4. In the last step, the temperature is adjusted to a high temperature and cooked for last minute.

Done, ready to serve.

Tips

*Use a kitchen paper to dry excess water. This step is super important, so that you can apply more flour afterwards

*During the cooking process, boil over medium heat and increase the heat in the last minute before to serve. This is to force out the oil in the meat and make the skin of the chicken crisper..
