Steamed Clams in Sake & Butter Broth
Today I’m going to introduce a dish that I really like which using butter and sake to cook. This is a creative fusion, fresh clams with fresh butter, and the aroma of Japanese sake, the combination will contribute to this delicious dish. Ingredients
500g clams
30g butter
100g sake
a little garlic
scallion

Preparation
Soak the clams in water, add 1 tbsp of salt, and let the clams spit out the sand.
In the pan, heat the hot oil and put in the sliced garlic. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until the aroma aroused and add the butter.
Put in clams
Pour 100g sake
Cover the lid and stew for 4-5 minutes on low heat until all clams fully open.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped scallion
Tips
This dish does not need to add any water.
After pouring the sake, cover the lid directly and use hot steam to accelerate the open of the clams.
