Last month, I shared a Fruity Recipe and was very well received.
This time I added a very bright dragon fruit in this dish, the bright red natural color makes this dessert like a beautiful ruby, shining and moving.
When this beautiful Fruit Soup – Dragon Fruit Version (水果羹-火龙果版本) is
Ingredients
1 apple
1 pear
1 kiwi
1 dragon fruit
2 tbsp potato starch

Preparation
Cut all the fruit materials!
In the pot, pour cold water, put the pear first, then boil over high heat.
After the water is boiled, adjust the gas to a small fire, put in the apple, stew for three minutes.
Put the dragon fruit, kiwi
Add a little rock sugar and stir
Mix 2 tbsp of potato starch with the water, pour it into the pan and stir evenly.

TIPS
After the water is boiled, just simmer on low heat and then put down the food and seasonings.
In the order of cooking fruits, first put more hard-to-cook ingredients, refer to harder fruits, such as apples, and finally sweet and juicy fruits such as strawberries and kiwis.
Thickening is in the final step (cornstarch mixed with water), pay attention to not need to be too thick!
Rock sugar can be replaced by honey.
If you are making it for a baby, you don’t need to add rock sugar and honey.
