Directions
- Cut the onion into four petals, put all into water, soak it for 5 minutes, then cut into pieces; the potatoes are peeled and cut into potato chips;
- Squeeze the moisture of the potato, put the potato into the bowl; add the onion to the bowl;
- Prepare 3 eggs, stir into egg liquid; add egg liquid to the bowl; add chopped green onion, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste, stir well, add 200 grams of flour, stir evenly;
