However, do you want to know how to make fresh mango into a healthy and delicious high-fiber Asian flavor salad, and it only takes ten minutes, follow me TODAY to get the recipe done, let’s make Asian mango salad and make people amazing.
Featuring a harmonious medley of fresh ingredients, my Asian Mango Salad makes a great accompaniment to various kitchen dishes, as well as a tasty substitute to any regular salad. While it can be eaten year round, this flavourful will be a popular pick at any summer barbecue, as it pairs really well with grilled meats and seafood.
While there are so many ingredients that make a perfect Asian Mango Salad, you can, of course, add your own or make some substitutions.
For instance, if you prefer your salad to be a bit more on the sweet side, opt for a riper mango (but not overripe). If you prefer it more tangy, choose raw, green mangos. Either way, this tropical fruit will marinate in some of the very best flavours to come from your special cuisine.
Delicious, Versatile and Easy to Add to Your Diet
Mango is delicious, versatile and easy to add to your diet.
However, it can be difficult to cut due to its tough skin and large pit.
A good idea is to cut long vertical slices 1/4 inch (6 millimeters) away from the middle to separate the flesh from the pit. Next, cut the flesh into a grid-like pattern and scoop it out of the rind.
Here are some ways I recommended you can enjoy mango:
Add it to smoothies.
Dice it and add to salsas.
Toss it into a summer salad.
Slice it and serve it along with other tropical fruits.
Dice it and add to quinoa salads.
Keep in mind that mango is sweeter and contains more sugar than many other fruits. Moderation is key — it’s best to limit mango to no more than two cups (330 grams) per day at most.
