Ribs Soup with Radiah can be said to be the most simple and easy Chinese soup. This refreshing recipe is super simple and does not require too much seasoning. Ingredients

Radish
30g of ribs
One teaspoon of salt
One teaspoon white pepper
1000ml water

1.peel the radish and cut into pieces.

2.In cold water, add ribs and ginger slices, boil until boiled, the intention is to remove the inside blood of ribs.

3.In the casserole, add 100ml of cold water, radish, ginger, and ribs, boil until boiled.

4.Stew for 20-30 minutes on low heat

5.Finally add salt, white pepper, and scallion

Tips

*Chinese cuisine in cooking ribs soup, will definitely remove the blood in the bones first, so there will be a cold water pot, boiled and then ribs up.

*Don’t forget, after the soup is boiled, it needs to be stewed for another 20 minutes, and the radish will be more sweet and delicious.
