500g Clam
15g scallions

1. Pour half a cup of water (rice cup) into the pan and add in loofah slices.
Cover the lid and wait for the loofah to soften. It takes 8-10 minutes. (Depending on the thickness, the softening time is different)
2. Put in clams. Cover the lid and cook for about 2 minutes until it is open.
3. Add scallions and stir well.

*Water is half a cup of rice-cup or no water, the taste of the soup is rich and sweet.
*Cover the lid for cooking this dish quickly
*have to soak clams in the water beforehand and add some salt, let them spit sand.
