Chinese Potstickers

The BEST Chinese Potstickers recipe ever!

Ingredients

  • Frozen potstickers (you can also replace them with dumplings)
  • 1/2 tbsp flour (appropriate amount)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare frozen potstickers, mix a cup of water with an appropriate amount of flour (make it liquid, not thick)
  2. Heat the pan, pour the oil, directly add the frozen dumplings (no need to defrost), fry for 2-3 minutes, until one side turns golden brown,
  3. Pour in an appropriate amount of water (the water we mixed with flour in step 1), the water level occupies a quarter of the height of the potstickers, cover it and cook on a medium-to-small fire until it is close to dry, then turn to low heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes and then ready to serve.
