Ingredients

  • 200g Enoki Mushrooms

  • 200g Sliced Beef

  • 1 Red Chili (minced)

  • 1-2 Green Chili (minced)

  • 5 tbsp of cooking oil

  • 3 garlic and a few slices of ginger green onion

Directions

  • Minced two types of chilies, ginger, and garlic.
  • Take the beef slices from the refrigerator and thaw them out in advance. You don’t need to fully thaw them.
  • Cut off the tail of the enoki mushrooms, tear it open and wash it.
  • Add the oil in the pan, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, chopped pepper, and sauté the aroma.
  • Add the enoki mushroom and stir fry.
  • Pour boiling water into the pan ( the amount of water just can cover all the ingredients), then add salt, soy sauce to cook for a while with low heat.
  • Next, take another pot, after the water is boiled, put in the beef slices, and quickly pick up after the color of the meat turn white. This step is very important. It removes the astringency of the meat and removes excess oil. (This step can be put in the beginning. After the beef turns white, take it from the boiling water. I am used to cooking with two pots at the same time, cooking time is faster..)
  • Turn the fire to high heat and add the picked beef slices into the pot of the mushroom for 2 minutes to complete this dish! This is an absolute quick and simple recipe!
  • Sprinkle few of white sesame seeds and chopped green onion and chopped pepper! this SUPER DELICIOUS Sliced Beef & Enoki Mushrooms Soup is ready! Enjoy it! Serve hot with steamed rice.

NoteS

  • After the beef is discolored, it can be quickly picked up. Do not cook for too long, otherwise the meat will be harden
  • The beef is only boiled for about 30 seconds, depending on the thickness of the beef and the degree of thawing.
