This Onion Soup (黑胡椒洋葱汤) is my creative cuisine.
It is a very happy thing to combine corn and black pepper on the basis of onion soup and have this bowl of warm soup in the cold winter.
The black pepper in the cooking is not only a kind of spice, but also can be used as a medicine. The nutritional value is also very high. It contains precious nutrients such as manganese, potassium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin D and fiber, which can help treat respiratory diseases. Cold and cough, digestive system and other diseases, in addition, black pepper can also effectively treat skin, hair or teeth and other cosmetic problems.
The taste of this Onion Soup (黑胡椒洋葱汤) will definitely make people on the table

Shredded onion, sliced mushrooms, the creamy piece evenly spread with potato starch.
Preheat the pan with medium heat, put the olive oil in, and add 400g onion to stir-fry for 10 minnutes.
Add 90g mushroom, 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir well.
Then turn to a small fire, cover the lid and stew for about 20 minutes. Stir from time to time to avoid burning the ingredients and sticking to the pot.
Add 1200g water, 150g corn, 1 tbsp black pepper and stew for about 15 minutes on low heat.
Finally, make a thickening, add the creamy pieces covered with potato starch, and mix well with the soup.
Tips
In view of the fact that the onion is rich in sweetness, it is not necessary to add sugar when cooking. Adding a little salt can bring out the sweetness of the onion.
If you like caramelized onions, you can cook the onions for another 10-20 minutes. Remember to cover the lid, cook the onions to make water, soften, and finally dehydrate and turn the color to golden. This step will make the onion taste from light to thick, releasing more aroma and sweetness!
