Garlic Shrimp
Garlic shrimp is a local traditional dish in Taiwan Province and belongs to Taiwanese cuisine. This dish is full of flavor and is very popular among Taiwanese. Shrimp is the main raw material. The taste is savory and nutritious.

Ingredients
500g of fresh shrimp
20g garlic
an appropriate amount of salt
an appropriate amount of rice wine
Cooking follow me
First add oil to the pot, then add the whole garlic to fry
Add the fresh shrimp, wait for the shrimp to turn red (cooked in the high heat). Add the right amount of salt.(One teaspoon or more)
Finally, add two tablespoons of rice wine and stir fry to serve.
Tips
*During the cooking process, turn on high heat and the ingredients will be more fragrant.
*Put a little more oil, don’t add water.
*Salt can add a little more, and the shrimp will be salty. The shrimp inside will taste very very good. It is super suitable for rice.
