Want to know what is the secret of cooking a bowl of Beef Noodles? In fact, as long as you master the three key points of “picking meat, cooking noodles, and soup”, you can also make delicious beef noodles at home!

Beef Noodles

The rise of Beef Noodles was the result of the early development of a large number of Chinese immigrants who came to Taiwan and developed under the circumstances of economic constraints.

The dish that was originally present in the village was gradually changed and the population moved outside. Promoted to all parts of Taiwan, with the different tastes of different places, also developed different methods of cooking soup or Beef Noodles.

Ingredients

  • For 1 serving
  • 2 pieces of burdock

  • 100g of noodles

  • 2 pieces of onion

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 1 pack of beef marinade

  • 400g.c. of big bone broth

  • a little cabbage

  • a little garlic

  • seasoning-  A little salt, a little soy sauce, a little chicken powder

Directions for Beef Noodles

Take the big bone soup and boil over high heat. Add the sirloin and simmer for 40 minutes. About 30 minutes, you can take out the chopsticks and insert the sirloin to try the familiarity. It can be easily inserted and no blood seeps out. (Do not cut the meat first, it is recommended to cook the whole pot, cook it and then cut it. When cooking the meat, be sure to confirm that the fire is a small fire, it will not cook too ripe to lose the tenderness.)
Remove the sirloin and cut the slices according to the individual’s food intake. You can cut about 5 slices for one person. The remaining sirloin can be stored in cold storage.
Remove the burdock, and put the whole scallions and ginger slices, beef marinade (available in general stores or supermarkets), and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. (Onion ginger is indispensable. When cooking broth, you can cook the whole piece directly and let the taste be released. It can be taken out in about half an hour.)

Add a little soy sauce, salt and chicken powder before seasoning. (Popular preference for peppers and peppers, or about 1 tablespoon of spicy bean paste to add flavor, spicy friends can cut peppers and peppers, so that the overall taste is more spicy and enjoyable.)
If you have some small slag in the soup, you can always remove it and keep the soup head clear.
Cook the noodles, boil the water on a large fire, add the noodles after the water is rolled, stir it a little, and then add some small cabbages to cook together after 1 minute. Wait 2 minutes to cook the noodles together with the dishes. (The noodle fire is boiled for 2 or 3 minutes, and the middle white core becomes transparent. There is no need to add water, but the noodles should be stirred all the time.)
Remove the soup bowl, add the cooked noodles and cabbage, as well as the braised soup and the chopped sirloin.
The garlic is chopped and sprinkled with a little garlic.
