Salted Egg Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken thigh
  • 2 salted egg
  • chopped shallots
  • chopped chili
  • chopped lemongrass
  • mushroom slices
  • carrot slices
  • shredded onion
  • coconut milk
  • cherry tomatoes

seasoning

  • yellow curry
  • 1 tsp sugar one teaspoon
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice chicken thighs and fry them until fragrant.
  2. Put the salted egg in a pan and stir-fry it quickly until frothy.
  3. Add yellow curry, chopped shallots, chopped chili, chopped lemongrass, sliced mushrooms, and sliced carrots, then add diced chicken and stir fry evenly.
  4. Add shredded onion, coconut milk, and a little water and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Finally, add sugar and fish sauce to taste, then add cherry tomatoes to increase the color and ready to serve.
